ABOUT THE EVENT

The Building Bosses Youth Empowerment Conference is a signature annual event designed to inspire, equip, and empower youth ages 13–18 across Hampton Roads. This dynamic conference provides teens with hands-on learning experiences, real-world exposure to entrepreneurship and leadership, and resources to support their academic, personal, and professional growth.

Through workshops, youth-run business vendor fair, pitch competition, and speakers from the community, Building Bosses creates a pipeline of confident, capable, and purpose-driven young leaders.
